Nika Diwa and Husband Emeka Ihedigbo Welcome Third Baby
Influencer Nika Diwa, 35, and her husband Emeka Ihedigbo have joyfully expanded their family with the arrival of their third child. The couple, already parents to daughters Zion, 5, and Zuri, 2, welcomed baby girl Zorah on Friday, January 30, weighing 7 lbs., 7 oz.
Diwa shared her experience exclusively with PEOPLE, reflecting on how each birth feels entirely unique. “This third birth reminded me that no two pregnancies or deliveries are the same,” she said. “Each one comes with its own lessons and is a gift in its own right.”

For this delivery, Diwa opted for a very low-dose epidural, describing it as a blend between a natural and medicated labor. “My labor stalled longer than with my first two babies, who arrived right at 39 weeks, so this time required more patience and surrender,” she explained. “Once we arrived at the hospital, things progressed quickly, but I also felt more physical pressure than before.”
She added, “More than anything, this experience taught me to let go of expectations and simply embrace each birth for what it is. I now have an even deeper respect for mothers and for what women’s bodies are capable of.”
A few weeks later, Diwa says the transition at home has been smooth. “Being on my third baby, I feel more confident — both as a woman and as a mother. This adjustment has felt much easier than with my first, when everything was new and I constantly worried about doing things right,” she shared.
Her postpartum experience has been particularly supportive, thanks in part to a thoughtful gift from Emeka: a week-long stay at The Ruby Postnatal care facility. “It’s been the softest place to land,” Diwa said. “Nurses are available 24/7 to help with recovery and baby care, meals are prepared three times a day, and there’s a beautiful mother’s lounge for journaling, relaxing, or even enjoying a massage or foot bath.”

Diwa emphasized the importance of self-care. “When I’m cared for, I can show up as the best wife and mom,” she said. “This experience has truly been a dream postpartum experience.”
As for Zuri and Zion, Diwa has intentionally involved them in every step leading up to Zorah’s arrival. “They’ve joined us for ultrasounds, updates, and milestones, so they feel connected to their baby sister,” she explained. “They’re excited to be big sisters. Our oldest is very nurturing, while our 2-year-old is curious and sweet. Watching them step into these roles has been one of the most beautiful parts of this journey.”
With Zorah’s arrival, the Diwa-Ihedigbo family is now a lively household of five, adjusting to life with their newest little one and celebrating the joys of motherhood together.
