WHEN TIME SUDDENLY CHANGES EVERYTHING

I never planned to share this story, but maybe someone out there needs to hear it.

His tiny hand fits perfectly in mine. He doesn’t understand what illness means. He only knows that I am his father, and that I am supposed to be here for him. That simple trust is both beautiful and heartbreaking.
