Jackson Casteel: A Journey of Defying the Odds, One Victory at a Time

Doctors Said He Wouldn’t Survive — Jackson Proved Them Wrong

Before Jackson Casteel ever took his first breath, doctors warned his parents not to hold on to hope. His condition was extremely rare, affecting only around 150 people worldwide. The outlook was uncertain, and survival was far from guaranteed.

But Jackson had other plans.

From the very beginning, his life became a fight—through complications most children will never experience. Endless hospital visits, constant medical monitoring, and a future filled with unknowns. Yet, despite everything, he continued to defy expectations and rewrite what doctors believed was possible.

Today, Jackson is 7 years old.

He laughs with joy, runs with energy, and embraces life fully—on his own terms. He is no longer defined by a diagnosis or limited by statistics. He is simply a kid who refuses to give up.

This week, Jackson takes on a special role as Kid Captain. His chosen anthem says everything about his journey: “All I Do Is Win.”

For Jackson, every single day is a victory worth celebrating.
