Taylor Swift is back at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, and in typical era-dressing fashion.
The pop star, 36, returned to the awards show for the first time in three years on Thursday, March 26, making for one exciting moment from the red carpet and beyond. Swift, who is the most nominated artist this year, wore a striking seafoam green two-piece corset and skirt set, complete with dazzling bejeweled detailing and color-coordinated open-toed heels.
The color of the red carpet look is both a nod to Swift’s “Opalite” music video, with whimsical the fairy tale-like bodice appearing to reference her The Life of a Showgirl track “The Fate of Ophelia,” which is nominated for Song of the Year, Pop Song of the Year, Favorite TikTok Dance, Best Lyrics, and Best Music Video.

Swift appeared at the show back in 2024 to accept Artist of the Year, but because she couldn’t be there to attend, she sent a pre-recorded acceptance speech about how grateful she was to receive the honor. She did the same last year when accepting the Tour of the Century Award for her record-breaking Eras Tour.
She attended in person in 2023, rocking a look that was very much Reputation-coded at the time. Her outfit was a midnight-blue hooded jumpsuit from Alexandre Vauthier’s Spring 2023 Couture collection. That year, she took home the accolade for video of the year and announced her 10th studio album, Midnights.

The tail end of 2025 saw Swift debut her 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl, and its press tour boasted plenty of glam style moments, as did the visuals for the project (we’re still not over the custom bedazzled minidress she wore as a part of the album’s artwork).
Swift has been in her fiancée era after getting engaged to Travis Kelce back in August — and she hasn’t been afraid to show it. Travis Kelce was seen entering the venue to accompany Swift to the iHeart Radio Music Awards on Thursday, though the couple did not walk the carpet together.
During her interviews last fall, the Grammy winner proudly flaunted the old-mine cut diamond ring designed by Kindred Lubeck that Kelce proposed with, calling it her “hardware upgrade” on the U.K. radio show, Heart Breakfast. Swift and Kelce are taking time to soak in this period of their lives as an engaged pair.
