He was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving behind a wife, children, and a devastated community. Turner, with a history of evading law enforcement, was arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter and evading officers, causing death. His reckless actions led to the loss of a dedicated, brave law enforcement officer.
