This Was Never Supposed to Be Milo’s Beginning — A Premature Baby’s Story of Pain, Endurance, and Survival.

She Came Into the World Fighting — And Never Stopped
Dolly was born 11 weeks early, so small she barely fit the wires meant to keep her alive. While other babies were still growing safely inside the womb, she was learning to breathe, to survive, to hold on. Every gram gained felt like a win — until sepsis hit, and her tiny liver didn’t recover. Blood tests stayed dangerously high. Doctors knew this was no longer something she could outgrow.

Just before Christmas, her family was told they could finally take her home. Four days later, her lungs collapsed. She was rushed back, placed on life support, and her parents were told the next 12–24 hours would decide everything.

She stayed. Through liver failure, infections, months on machines, and impossible odds, Dolly kept fighting — one breath, one small victory at a time.
